Nepal New Traffic  Law || Both Should Wear Helmet

Jestha 5, Nepal Traffic Police has proposed for a new law to wear helmet by both of the rider and passenger in motorbikes. For safety and reducing the accident casualties this is going to be a new traffic rule.

Before also this rule has been commenced but it didn't get implemented. 

Will it be now?  

Should wait for that time.
